Registration fee (non-refundable):

​ALL INCLUSIVE Congress Fee: 1490EUR per person include:​

​

​- Attendance at the Congress + Photo exhibition and all the congress events (banquets, welcome reception, farewell dinner etc.)

​

- Up to 5 nights in the room with a spectacular sea view accommodation at the freshly renovated OAC premisses (guaranteed for the first 35 participants). Check-In Tuesday 13 of April; Check Out Sunday 18 of April.

- Up to three delicious, organic and fair trade, local specialty meals per day and coffee breaks per day at the OAC premisses.

5 breakfasts (14-18/04), 4 lunches including local white and red wine (14-17/04), 5 dinners including local white and red wine (13-17/04), 9 coffee breaks (13-17/04), welcome drinks + welcome dinner, and farewell dinner with drinks and orange cake.​

- Fee includes either single or double room (based on the preference of each Congress Participant and the availability of the OAC).

​

- Gorgeous congress materials including among others: printed handbook, congress bag, information about the exhibition, pen, notebook, badge and gifts.

- Publication of the Congress papers.

Please note that all fees are not offered on a day-by-day basis. Moreover, no exclusion of some components from the fee is permitted. They are fixed fees.

 

- Cost of extra nights: For a shared room: 60EUR/night/person (only breakfast included) and a for single room: 90EUR/night/person (only breakfast included). Please send an email to theanalogycongress@gmail.com to verify rooms' availability for the extra nights.

- There is a limited number of scholarships for young researchers (up to 35 years old) covering a part of the congress fee. Please send a short application letter (one page) with you abstract to theanalogycongress@gmail.com
